How Does It Work?

A Desktop Valuation is a type of property appraisal which uses data obtained from a remote source to value a property. This type of valuation has a number of advantages over standard ones, meaning that our valuers can arrive at an accurate RICS Red Book valuation from their desks, with no need for a physical inspection of the property. Our Red Book valuations can be used for a range of scenarios including insolvency, renovation, marital change, judicial proceedings and many more.
